The remix of Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's Spanish language hit Despacito featuring Justin Bieber has been named the UK's biggest-selling track of the summer. The inescapable collaboration racked up 1.2 million combined sales across 347,000 downloads between early June and the end of August. Number one in the UK for 11 weeks, and with a total of 1.8 million in sales to date, it far outstripped the sales of the summer's other big hits. The second-biggest song was French Montana featuring Swae Lee with Unforgettable, which racked up 693,000 combined sales. Rapper cancelled 21 concerts while undergoing treatment for a "serious" medical condition last November. Insurance firm Lloyd’s of London is countersuing Kanye West, pointing to drink and drug related clauses in an insurance policy, for the cancellation of his tour. The  rapper sued his insurers for nearly $10m  in early August, after they refused to pay out for the Saint Pablo tour he cancelled in November. West had cancelled 21 dates after a  series of bizarre incidents  saw him making controversial statements about Beyonce and Jay Z and voicing support for Donald Trump on stage. Both West's doctor and an independent examiner found him unfit to resume the tour, which he cancelled to undergo treatment for a "serious, debilitating medical condition". The singer of worldwide hit 'Mickey' is suing South Park for using her song to parody Barack Obama's US presidential win in 2008. Toni Basil said the tune was used without her permission and is demanding $750 (£580) from a host of media companies. She said her voice, name and image had been used without permission in a string of claims dating back 30 years. Basil added she has suffered "sleep deprivation, nightmares and anxiety" over the issue, court papers filed in LA and obtained by Deadline show.
